hes right.
camera like that shouldnt be wasted on corny animations and times new roman titles. go with final cut express if you dont wanna go all out. its easy to work with but gives you a good amount of flexibilty to be creative. dish out the extra dough.
if you cant afford it right now just gather up all the footy u can over winter and buy it in april or somethin

i think he is asking for a good editing program that can be downloaded and installed illegally, for free. i imagine every editing program can be obtained for free...

Sony Vegas all the way, a lot more intuitive than Final Cut, and just as professional. It's basically Final Cut but much easier to use. It's also a lot cheaper.

I have Vegas Pro 8 and Power Director Ultra..
PD is soo much like WMM it's almost funny and Vegas is going to take a very long time to get used to,
but overall they seem like legit programs. Or final cut pro, alot of NSers use it

when i got into editing i went straight from movie maker to premiere pro. everyone says it takes forever to figure out but its really not bad at all for basic stuff.
