You know how a cat always lands it's feet, and buttered toast always lands on butter, what happens if you strap buttered toast to a cat's back and drop it off a building?

What if you put buttery toast on 3 sides of the cat, would the cat just hit a force field of confused physical attributes of our universe and just float off of the ground?

no, the trans fats would kill the cat before impact and then mix with the cat's sneakiness and conduct a force field of partially hydrogenated oils causing a massive ball of cancer

No. And that is why that video is bunk, they used margarine.

For the experiment to be done correctly the cat has to be dropped while held on its side so the 2 apposing forces( cats feet & butter sided toast) are perpendicular to our 3rd variable (gravity) for it to be unbiased. There is also the issue of terminal velocity.....

not only was it margarine but it wasn't even toasted.

We need someone to conduct a through study of this. You should also include a control group to make sure the results are accurate.

My hypothesis is that this has yet to be properly tested because we are all still alive. We should stream the video to outerspace so that aliens in the future will see our demise and hopefully not make the same mistake.

I think the species of cat and the kind of bread will also be a factor in this experiment.
I also think we should test what would happen if you strapped 2 cats together back to back.

i dont think it would work if you stuck two pieces of buttered toasts together though..

although.. no matter what, at least one sice would have tis butter side facing the floor..

Correct me if I'm wrong, but i believe that cats are all one species. There are many different and diverse breeds, like the exotic siamese cat or the run-of-the-mill housecat, but they all are of the Felis Catus species. Unless we're talking Tigers or Panthers here.
