this is about to be poppin'.  you guys have no idea how gnarly this burning man thing is.  last year the flames were at least fifty feet in the air.  intense.  and this year there is a rail jam too.  everyone needs to come check this out.

yeah they build this giant wooden man, probably about 20 or 30 feet tall, and then set him ablaze... sort of a sacrifice to the snow gods or something. really it's a great excuse to get together and party and get stoked about the impending winter. this year it's on halloween, which means it'll be even more gnarly. i, personally, cannot wait.

sale fiasco starts tomorrow. if anyone has any gear they need to get before the season come check out the ski shop.

and make sure you show up saturday. rail jam, costume contest, turbo premier, somewhat controlled forest fire, copious amounts of alcohol consumption... it's going to be awesome.
