1st gen ARG's and heli coils

how will they ski compared to more recent ARG's and any durability issues?  also i need to remount the bindings on them because the were mounted for a 336 bsl and i have a 325 bsl and they were mounted with heli coils will that be a problem.

just make sure you leave the helicoils in, even if you arent using them.  and make sure you use the 5th screw for the heel.

helicoil is silly to use unless you already ripped a binding out....because if you rip out a helicoil your ski is ruined.

yeah so i didn't have a choice with the heli coils.  but will remounting them completely fuck up the ski?

shouldnt be an issue. as long as there is no overlap with the holes but i dont think that will be a problem.

if you rip out a binding, chances are your skis are already kinda fucked..  ripping out a helicoil is a bit more brutal, perhaps..

it leaves a massive hole, thats really the problem.  Then the ski is prone to breaking there as it is now a weak point
