COC 5 day vs. 8 day?

So I really want to go to camp this summer and in my dream scenario I would sign up for the 8-day COC camp but since I'm fully paying for myself I don't think I can save up 2500 by this summer :(
I think the 5-day would be the best possibility, I can save up 1500 for sure.

So my question is, is it worth it to do the 8 day camp? Like do you still get hooked up with the same amount of stuff and have time to do fun stuff or does it seem like you get there and have to leave?

I live in Vancouver so transportation really wouldn't be an issue, I would just get my parents to drop me off at the airport

in my experience it takes at least 1 to 2 days of skiing to really get comfortable and get your feet back under you again. plus w a five day you really only get 3 days of skiing cause 2 of those days count as travel days. so i def try as hard as i could to save up the money for a 8 day it will be the best time of your life

Dude, totally go for 8 days.  I'm from Vancouver too, and i went for 5 and it was gay.  Pretty much they count 1 day for coming in and signing in and getting all your camp shit ready.  And they count a day for leaving at 7am on the last day.  So you get camp for like 500 bucks a day.  On top of that because i had such little time i didn't get to hit the water ramps where i could've practiced backflips.  But the hotel had insanely hot heating from the winter so I got like 2 hours of sleep tried a backflip got taken to the hospital got x rays done and could hardly move for 2 weeks.

Go for 8.

wow thanks for this thread i was thinking the same thing it seemed weird to me that 8 days is twice the price, but i'll still try to hustle 8 days since 5 days looks gay :/  its gay for me since the plane tickets are fuckin 1000 !!! should i sell my body to go to COC?

Ya I'd understand if 5 was like 2k and 8 was 2.5k but I dont get how it doubles
I'm defs gonna try for the 8 day and if I don't make it I'll either beg my parents or keep it for next year?

good idea i'll make a thread to ask people how to start selling drugs (for the one who saw that thread haha) but for real did anyone tryed both and does it worth it to spend all the money i gatered during the year for 8 days skiing during summer??

i went for a five day



and honestly if you can try to afford up to the 8 day, do it
because it really takes like 1 or 2 days to get comfortable with the whole scenario
so by your second day of skiing your really stoked but then only have one day left
so yeah do 8 if you can
