So my buddies dad is a HUGE meathead/workout freak and has a basement full of creatine and other supplements. I filled up 5 glasses of water with 2 scoops of noxplode each and just finished them about three minutes ago. I've never tried any type of "supplement" before and am not really into lifting either but holy shit this stuff is insane. Besides the fact that I feel like puking, have to take a monster shit, and am getting dizzier by the minute, this stuff is really working. I feel like i can pick up a car.. ok enough chatter, Time to drive to the gym!! I'll let you know how my workout went when i get back!!!

Anyone else ever try this shit?!

10 scoops of NO xplode? stop, u would be in the hospital, ur body wouldnt be able to handle enough of that, i msurprised u havent puked yet. My roomate just got no xplode, and the first time he took 1 scoop and he was wired. I started taking phenadrine, and that shit is legit as hell, gave me the best workout everrr.....btu be careful with that shit, make sure u drink maddddd water with it

you wouldn't be here right now if you had 10 scoops. Im about 220 lbs. And 4 scoops made my heart like fucking freak out and I had a nosebleed for about an hour. 10 would fuck someone up.

Nitrous Oxide aka NO, is a vasodialator, that's designed to increase bloodflow to the muscles during a workout.  Thus helping to deliver more protein and other available nutrients to help the muscles recover afterward.  Be very careful with that shit, because it was cause your blood pressure to drop significantly.  Making you light headeded and perhaps pass out.  You should never take a performance suppliment like that with out consulting your family doc or athletic trainer first.

Yeah I spent the first 10 minutes at the gym puking my brains out, and shitting out my intestines.... After that though I was relatively fine. I drank a lot of water from the drinking fountain and even though I felt light headed and EXTREMELY anxious, I put up 6 sets on the bench press. My shoulder has been fucked for a year now, and i've never been able to bench without hurting it, so the no-xplode helped with that... After the bench though the nauseau returned and i left. Oh yeah and milk helped out my quezzy stomach A TON when i got home. but right now im feeling good, i took some asprin for my headache and i think i'll sleep fine tonight.

Don't think i can ever smell fruit punch noXplode again without puking, just the thought makes me gag..

That's what I said about vodka and whiskey and rum and tequila but they still go down fine. Just wake up tomorrow, have a nice glass of noXplode and you'll be chilling.

that shit is great and all only if you keep at it for a while and then u see results and watnot....but if ur shoulder hurts you without taking it and when you do take it it doesnt and you can bench i would highly recomend not doing that becuase your gunna get extra fucked over

NO-xplode is a great supplement but i would recommend not to pace yourself when you do it. do a cycle (a bottle), then take a break from it for a month before thinking about doing it again. although you see great results when you're on it, when you stop doing it you feel like an absolute bitch at the gym because you cant lift as much as before...

DONT SMOKE WEED WHEN TAKING NO-XPLODE, i thought i was having a heart attack and had my bro drive me to the hospital..... it was fucked

yeah listen to this kid, if ur shoulder is fucked and hurts wihtout takign no xplode, then dont bench when ur on no xplode...ur shoulder is gunna get even more fucked up. I figured u would be throwing up form fuckin 10 scoops, and if ur gunna take it, make sure u take a break for like 3 weeks, cycle it, or else it doesnt work as good if u keep taking it. Ur gunna hit a plateau and once that happens get off the supplement for a while, and dont take anything else.

well i learned my lesson. The problem was that i had no knowledge about the stuff at all when i took it last night, i just thought it was like a protein shake. I researched it today and I guess its similar to creatine, and is suppose to be taken on an empty stomach to maximise energy and focus... anyways my chest feels torn to shreds right now, but my shoulder doesnt hurt like i feared it would after reading some of your posts. Thanks for the responses, NEVER AGAIN!

you have a week rotator cuff, you keep this up and it will tear. its a long and rough recovery that sometimes needs surgery. look up some rotator cuff exercises
