i think the sth14 would be perfect. good enough din for 145 pounds but still keeps the weight down, plus if your boot is between a 24 and a 27, you can probably just use the holes already drilled into the ski without remounting!

Jesters. Reasons? Wide mountain pattern, wide DIN range, light and bomber. Seriously, if price is no object, there are few better bindings than Jesters.

look into the Marker Griffons. Same thing as the jester, but they only go up to a din of 12. Thats what i've getting on my 09 Prophet 100s. I'm quite a bit bigger than you (6'0" 250lbs) and i'm only skiing on a 8.5-9.5 din. Also, i've cracked the binding plate(fatass) on 2 pairs of salomons so that's why i've strayed away from that line.

The griffons are not the same as the Jesters, just with a different DIN range. They are lighter as a result of using different plastic, cheapest because of it, and also not as durable. They probably would be fine for someone who is 145lbs, but you, at 250, should get something that is burlier, especially considering you said you've busted 2 salomons.

well since money has been tight, i went with the griffons. We'll see how they last this season.
All times are Eastern (-5)
