NS Store Feedback

Hey guys, I've noticed a pretty big surge in threads related to the NS Store, instead of clogging up site discussion, I decided to make a little contest out of it.

If you guys have ANY feedback (whether it be good or bad) about the NS Store, post it in here. I'll go through the thread monthly and randomly pick out a member who will receive store credit. Maybe give a bit of info on what you ordered, your experience, the products, etc...

This way I'll be able to see what you guys think is and isn't working and I'll be able to improve the store accordingly. Let me know what you guys think!

Im glad i took the time to look through the forums before i made a thread related to this. Anyway here are my thoughts on the NS store. So awhile ago when you guys got your own machine to make as many stickers as you we wanted in any size or design in the store you had a lot of different packages. The big dick pack etc as well as packages that included a lot of different NS swag like the gangster package. I do realize that you guys only have limited supply of certain stuff but when i made a NS store account when all of that was in the store i realized i needed to have a Paypal as well and figured that i would make a wish list and make a Paypal later on when i would have more money to get more swag. Now however when i signed into my NS store account to go ahead and purchase with my new Paypal account a shit load of stuff. Almost all that was on my wish list is no long available. Even the sticker packs which i know because you have your own machine is unlimitedly available. So why not have the big dick packs instead of the five dollar envelope of stickers still available? Or put together some sort of related packages to the gangster package or even bring that back. I like the new stuff in the store but i also think you guys should still have the tall tees and other stuff you had in the store still there for us to get. If there is more stuff in the store people are likely to buy more stuff.

the gangster package and the tall tees were limited edition, everyone knew that. i do agree about the stickers though, the NS Store should bring back the packs they used to have. also, what happened to the claimasaurus and anti-gaper squad tees? did they sell out, or were they discontinued? will they be brought back?

Yup! If things are not in the store anymore it's because they are sold out. As for the big dick packs, it got to the point where I was getting 10+ orders a week, and producing over 1000 stickers every 5 days was not reasonable compared to how little we were making off those packs.

Right now you can purchase a 5$ sticker pack, which is about cost for us...

As for shirts, I just finished designing 4 more, and plan on doing a couple others within the next week. Expect 5+ bandannas along with the t-shirts, some bumper stickers, die-cuts, and air fresheners. I got a few other things lined up but I'd rather keep those my little secret until they are released!

Oh yeah, and we'll be carrying the full '08 fall voleurz line starting this week!

Right now I'm kinda meh about the store because it's been over a month since I ordered. my first package disappeared and the second hasn't been shipped yet. I love ns, but I'm wondering where my stuff is.
consequently, the hat I ordered from ec headwear that same day came about a month ago.

you guys ever answer the store email?  ive sent atleast 5 different emails about the same things over the past two weeks.  nothing.  no reply, no nothing.  Im missing a sticker pack that I really really wanted and still have yet to get. 

what is the best way to contact you guys I know pming is bad you get hundreds a day and an email is a little bit more personal I think.  if you dont answer the store email what do you answer tell me!

Apparently there have been some issues with the store email lately which should be taken care of. Try one final email. If its stickers you are waiting for they should be on the way as I know the guys are pretty up to date with those orders.

For the movies, everything was shipped out the day after received it, meaning if you ordered Slamina, you should be getting it soon (unless however you ordered another movie we have yet to receive)

Well Jason and the NS store and also all the customers buying that purple claimasaurus shirt made me a little bit proud.


That's all I have to contribute to this thread I guess.


Although I won my NS Stuff (and therefore can't really talk about the store), it was shipped super fast (to Germany) and is also amazing quality.

i just got my first package from the store and WOW....i ordered a sticker pack, claim, turbo, slamina, and a lanyard, and i got a free claimasaurus tee and an extra lanyard....I LOVE THE NS STORE

2nd experience with the store:
A month or so ago, i ordered a dino t and slamina, but since slamina wasent in yet they had to wait for it and then they were going to ship slamina with the t shirt.
Anyway, exactly a week after NS got slamina, it was in my mailbox so i was stoked. Open the package and my dino was a size small, and i ordered large. So i message Mosseau and say, hey man can i send my small back for a large? He's like, we only got xl's left is that cool? Ya sure man, you want me to send this back, he's like nah give it to some breezy.
As week after i talked to him (today) i open my mailbox and my parcel is in there.

So legit.

I second this.

It would be dope to own an NS tie. Something that looked professional/dressy that you could wear to formal events, but still said newschoolers on it. Like the pattern on the bandana, except black on black or something subtle.

Also, if products are sold out, it would be nice to know that they are sold out, so that we dont spend a great deal of time looking for the t-shirts, and wondering why we cant find them. Maybe you could still have the products on the site, but with a "sold out" sign over them. Or "new t-shirts coming soon" product with a silhouette of a t-shirt etc.

Making ties that look moderately professional is neither as easy nor as cheap as it sounds. But if it is done, I request that the blade be at max 2.7" wide.

We just got all the HFTH orders out yesterday! Sorry for the delay it just took a reallllly long time for them to arrive  but they are all on their way so make sure to check your mailbox daily.

BIG DICKS PLEASE

i have ordered two standards and now i think im ready for the real deal.

i think we also need some fleece lined NS bandanas for around $20

also some of them nice and shiny stickers of the gold and silver variety

tall tees would be very nice too. maybe print some of your new designs on talls and just bump up the price a little.

Ive boughten stickers and i think i got my Head for the Hills dvd out of the NS store and they got here in good time considering they came from quebec. and im gonna buy a lanyard soon and i really want a shirt but i couldnt find them on the store. if anyone can help me out on where to find a shirt id really appreciate it. thanks

i bought some stuff right before the store closed. last time i ordered stuff from the store, it took like 5 days. it has been about 12ish days now, and i was wondering if this could be related to the NS store closing.
