NS Store Feedback

Hey guys, I've noticed a pretty big surge in threads related to the NS Store, instead of clogging up site discussion, I decided to make a little contest out of it.

If you guys have ANY feedback (whether it be good or bad) about the NS Store, post it in here. I'll go through the thread monthly and randomly pick out a member who will receive store credit. Maybe give a bit of info on what you ordered, your experience, the products, etc...

This way I'll be able to see what you guys think is and isn't working and I'll be able to improve the store accordingly. Let me know what you guys think!

Store runs super smoothly..

If anyone has an issue, or are hesitant with international shipping - don't be.

I'm 16026 Km away from the NS office and the stuff came fine!

All the gear is super legit too.

My first experience was great. I ordered a shirt (green one), bandanna and a standard sticker pack.
I paid with a an echeck so it took about 2 weeks for the check to clear, and no more then 2 weeks after the check cleared i had my stuff. I got a lanyard too, and i didn't even order one.

Currently I'm waiting for my dyno tee and slamina, hopefully they get here soon!

ok, so about a month ago I ordered an anti gaper squad t and a claimasourus T. I purchased them in what I though was size large.  After I bought them, I realized that I may not have wrote what size I wanted them to be in in the comments box. I though a little more and came to the conclusion that i probaly did write it. So I waited the 4 weeks and finally got the Ts. One was in size small and the other in size medium. Now the medium I can live with but the size small anti gaper squad T is way to tiny. So now I'm pissed at myself for not saying what sizes I wanted.

Ask them if you can exchange.
They should have messaged you and asked before they sent them..
I hope i wrote what size i wanted. I know i did once but i cant remember if i started a new order or not.

I ordered a ganster package, waitied more then a month or two, got an email saying it was lost in the mail, gave me a few options or a refund.

Store is legit, answered emails fast and kept me updated

NS store's super legit, and the quality's awsome!
The lanyard looks so much better than I expected, and the bandanna looks sick
haven't tried the die-cuts yet but they look promising

I had a mistake in the address I gave them, I had just moved and I told them the wrong address. I realized about 2 weeks later and messaged mosseau fully expecting to have to pay for the second shipping or worst case my package being lost in the mail. A few weeks later, I find a brown package in my mailbox and lo behold, my NS swags here! With the right address and all.

Thanks NS, for making my season that much better, and getting me STOKED for snow!!

So far I have ordered from the ns store once.

Out of my only experience i wasn't to stoked on the shipping policy but the product itself was dope.

I ordered a donation symbol, bandana, and bandana

It took a little over two months for me to get my stuff with a few pm/emails between jason and myself

In conclusion i received great customer service from jason, got more goods then i asked for ( he threw in an extra lanyard and mucho stickers) and got everything before the ski season which is the only thing that matters

I'm really excited about ns having this store and I can't wait to see some of the product to come out of it

first i ordered a lanyard and bandana and you sent me 2 lanyards a bandana and madd stickers too, props for that, but where props are really deserving is where i ordered a sticker pack a custom sticker pack and an anti gaper t. a month later i received a bandana 2 lanyards some cards and madd stickers. Confused i pmed jason telling him he re sent my old order, but nope he came back with a naw just some shit lying around figured wed give it to you. probably the most legit thing thats happened to me in the past few months but store is legit boys

I've ordered from the store numerous times now and I must say Jason is the Man!

Hands down, Jason has got this shit down.

He mixed up my latest order with some whack sizes and is now sending me the sizes I ordered. Legit.

i was a meager ns noob when i saw the bright blue lettering of Store(New) under the home tab. i clicked and instantly saw my soon to be favorite shirt ever, the green ns shirt. but, you were sold out, i decided i wanted to rep ns so badly that i purchased the yellow shirt in hopes that its awesomeness would surpass that of the green shirt. i also decided i wanted to add some spice to my computer, my skis, and pretty much every piece of sticker-suitable material i own, so i added the standard sticker pack to my cart. i sacrificed some good money out of my paypal account to an unsure cause on my part. i knew the site was high on the bro status scale yet i didn't know how reliable jason was in his little office.

my new ns gear suddenly became sort of a fixation, i hadn't received any new packages recently and i was hoping for something to come soon. within about a week, i had a shiny yellow envelope handed to me by the overweight postmistress who will, one day, go postal on me for shipping infinite numbers of large packages and skis. she tossed the package across the counter and i knew from the feel of the package in my hands that it was my shirt and sticker pack.

i galloped home like a child running towards an ice cream truck and tore the package open sending stickers flying everywhere. i donned my new shirt and instantly felt as though i could throw a double cork 12 while punching tom wallisch in the face 9 times. i have yet to do both things, but when i do, rest assured, i will be sporting my ns tee. the fit was slender and perfect, it slid on my frame and i instantly knew that yellow was way cooler than green. in my fascination with my shirt i did not notice the pile of rectangles in all different colors and sizes. i began to look over these remarkably clean die cuts and i counted 37 stickers when i was expecting about 10.

i must say, the ns store lived up to my hopes and erased my doubts, and the shirt has made me the coolest person ever, i can now bench 6 reps of 400 pounds, i need pepper spray to keep the young ladies from trampling me, and my skills at playing the final countdown on the kazookeyleyle have skyrocketed. jason and the ns store, i thank you

the store is ok, good product but mediocre service, i have been waiting a few weeks now for a simple sticker pack and before that it was over a month for a Tshirt, I know some people have had shipping experiences with the NS store but i haven't.

Well, my store experience was a little iffy, but in the end I was still a happy customer. I ordered 2 sticker packs the first week of June. I didn't expect to have them anytime soon, but hopefully within a month or so. After about 6 weeks I sent an email to Bishop and Mosseau and you guys were superrr quick on responding. Weeks went by and I just didn't want to bother you guys about my order anymore. I sent another quick email just a friendly reminder and once again you guys were super quick to get back to me. I don't think the emails did much, since I didn't get my package until last week. Although I think it was worth it, since in the package you guys hooked me up with about 60 stickers, an NS lanyard, NS bandana, NS scarf, an IF3 tshirt and a beer bottle opener. So props on getting me my stuff eventually and making me (the customer) happy. I guess it was worth the 4+ months I had to wait for my package.

my experience with the ns store was unbelivable legit i ordered 3 lanyards for me and miy2 friends. i also ordered a sticker pack too which is sick my friend already put a huge ns sticker on his smith holt. it looks sick. i also ended up getting a free bandana some how maybe a mistake by ns or something but thanks! so everyone who is hesitant to buy from ns (which i have no clue why you would be) buy from them it will be one of your better buying experiences also quick shipping to it took like a week and a half to get from b.c to connecticut!

I ordered over the summer and received my shwag pretty quickly. Some stickers, and a shirt I rocked right away.

I'm waiting for a claimasuaurs tee, some stickers, and a lanyard I ordered 9/23. I have no problems waiting for things to ship, I know they're busy and I respect that.
The only thing that concerns me is that my stuff was shipped 9/30, but two weeks later still hasn't arrived. Either it wasn't shipped then, or.. it was lost in the mail! (I hope not!) I know its coming from Canada, but is this normal? It could very well be in the hands of whoever is transporting the item, and not the NS store. Are there any tracking numbers on these?

Overall, NS store still rocks. I wore my yellow NS tee yesterday!

the ns store is freaking amazing. a month ago i ordered a anti gaper shirt and some stickers. when i received the order i got the wrong size shirt and i  lost my shipping order. told ns what happened and they fixed it right away and let me keep the other shirt. most stores would not be so chill about this. it actually showed me someone cares about there products and buyers

Yup! I'm currently working on the new line of clothing which should be dropping sometime towards the end of November

They'll be plenty of new shirts and other products, and I'm also currently building up a big NS sticker stockpile so I can put some more big dick packs on sale.

NS store is legit, if you run into any problems just know who to contact and they will get any problems resolved within the matter of minutes. I guess i ordered some stuff that got lost in the infinity of the internet and my stuff never came, but all i did was send a few PM's and i was taken care of.

the first time i ordered something i was disappointed due to the shipping. it took a long time to get it. I ordered a sticker pack and a bandana but when i finally got it i was instantly happy. The sticker pack was massive!! and the bandana was dope. NS hooks you up with stickers. And i just ordered a sticker pack and a lanyard and i must say mad props to everyone at NS it shipped EXTREMELY fast and i didnt even have to pay for it (free shipping at the NS store!!!) so as soon as i can get my hands on that new stuff jason was talking about ill order it without a second though.
