I rode Public enemies last year and they held up really good but there realy stiff.. the anthems are more buttery and are just as good
Id go with the anthems

Public enemy carves well, and is stiff enough to ride basically everything, but is pretty unresponsive and really heavy, so in the park it's probably not gonna be the best.
The anthem is symmetrical and soft, so in the park it'll be great, but it'll be much worse over the rest of the hill than the PE. It's width makes it better for sure, but in tight trees or moguls or crud it's not gonna be a whole lot of fun. It rides amazing switch too, because it's symmetrical.
I have the PE's and the invaders (just a skinnier version of the Anthem) and for everything but tight trees and moguls and steeps it's my favorite because it's soft and jibby.

i havnt used pe's but my buddies have them and ive got invaders, almost the same thing as anthems...and i would say that the better all around ski is probably the pe, just cause the invaders/anthems are too dang soft for almost anything but park. but thats what i use them for so its ok, but if youre out of the park more than youre in the park, i would say pe.

Are we talking new skis here? If so, the PE doesn't exist anymore, it's the Extreme now, which is a lighter version (new top sheet). The Extreme is a better all around than the Anthem.

they are equally as shitty for all around use - just in opposite ways....neither one is a "one quiver" ski

PE or Extreme are going to be better at everything, BUT, it also depends on your height, weight and skiing ability. Sean Pettit rips on Extremes and he is not a huge dude at all.
If you give your stats when asking about equipment, it helps people suggest equipment easier for you.

public enemies are by far the better all around ski, at least in the west. i skied on them for a couple years and they were fine in the park. they are great in crud, and aren't bad in powder. you're heavy enough to flex them well. i wouldn't even want to hit a jump bigger than about 40 feet on anthems. i rode my friend's invaders and they'd be fun for jibbing, but not much else, and it seems that anthems are just slightly wider versions of invaders, buttery as hell, symmetrical, and not too great all over the mountain.
how do you split your time?

I currently have anthems and love them so much, they do amazing all mountain. Far better than PEs in my opinion, they just seemed lifeless and heavy to me when i rode them. Anthems shred everything from park to pow amazingly, and the added width does make a huge difference. Most say 1cm doesnt do anything, but ive ridden invaders and anthems back to back and its a huge difference. Might be a placebo-like effect, but thats just what i felt. my reviews in my signature too if anyone wants to peek....go anthems!

thanks for clarifying the performance of the anthems
i kinda went out on a limb by comparing them to invaders
+k
i recommend demoing though. they're different skis for sure.
