Mine was when I was playing backyard football and drove for a catch and split open my knee on a rustly piece of metal in the ground.....there was alot of blood........and CHAIOS....no jk but it hurt alot

basically tore my vag apart when someone ran into my skiing fell and caused me to jam my boot into myself ouchhhhh oh well healed fine just no sex for a little bit

I was doing some urban jibbs in the ghetto and this big black suv rolled up and started shooting.  I didnt get shot but one of my friends got shot in the leg.  I stick to safe neighbor hoods for urban skiing now.

worst injury was tearing my acl mcl lcl meniscus and fracturing the end of my femur.

most painful werent really injuries. but one time getting my cast cut off my wrist i started screaming cause the doctor was cutting my skin. he said no, it was just vibrating. then blood starts pouring out the bottom of my cast. ended up with 5 big cuts, which got infected. anyone who has had a cast knows that your skin is super sensitive after it hasnt been touched for 6 weeks or so. so saw blades dont feel very nice.

other most painful is when i had E.coli and my insides felt like they were being torn apart. i was on enough morphine to knock me out for 6 hours at a time, when id get another dose.  I lost a shitload of blood and couldnt eat for 13 days. in the hospital the whole time obviously.

This one time (when i was 7) i stubbed my toe on the curb of my street, and ripped off my big toenai; that hurt a lot.

and this other time i decided to go skiing on a run that had no snow on it, (launched a cattrack, 30ft. only to realize in the air that this was not the same run i had jumped onto last lift ride) broke my nose by smashing into my own ski pole, and shattered my knee-cap into 6 peices, funnest ambulance ride of my life apparently i was makin wise cracks the whole time i was on morphine, then it just knocks me out. all in all i end up with 25 staples in my leg and two permanent screws.

summary: shattered knee cap (6 pieces) + broken nose = a shit ton o pain

This is my worst injury, I broke my fibula, It was the worst simply for the fact that I just got the doctors report a couple days ago and he told me it could take up to 2 more years for my leg to "fully heal" He recomended no running, jumping, skiing for 2 fucking years.

Broken back... I was hitting the medium line at keystone, went really big on the first jump, didn't speed check going into the 2nd and the lip was like a quarter pipe that day, was leaning too far back and started rotating backwards as soon as I left the lip overshot it by about 15 ft, landed on my back and compression fractured my 8th and 11th thoracic vertebrae, and tail bone. Awesome way to end the season in February, FML.

Wow I feel like suck a pussy for never breaking/dislocation a bone in my life. But seeing as how many skiers have had these types of injuries i'm getting freaked out that it might happen to me so i'm just going to leave this thread.

i tore my acl which i nothing special but anyone whos had it happen knows it hurts like fuck, it felt like my knee was half way to my calf when it popped out on me

I fell of a ten foot drop onto my head (skiing)  and got a hardcore cuncussion, i aparently had 10 before that i never knew about and this was the big one. I lost my entire memory for that day, puked like 8000000 times and had a short term memory of 3 mintues. I  couldnt ski the rest of the season(this was in january), play lacrosse, football or bike. if i get another one i could become mentally impared, so i might be able to ski a little next season but they dont know yet, but never football again maybe some lacrosse and biking.

Currently dealing with dual ACL tears... different injuries though. They kind of hurt, but were nothing compared to my ankle injury. Not really sure what happened, but when I was younger I was at a tennis camp (which really sucked) and I jumped to hit a volley and some douchebag rolled a ball to the net and I landed on it with one foot. My ankle just exploded and by the time I got to the doctor's office my ankle was the size of a softball. It was all purple green and yellow up to my mid calf for a while and I had to rock and air cast for a while too, but I don't remember much after that. Too much dope in highschool I guess.

i had something similar happen to me...

4th grade/tip went right above my eye. just missed blinding myself...i have a little black dot above my eye to prove it...it's gross.

i crushed my grundle attempting a switch three. I landed to far backseat and the back of my binding smashed my perineum. It was pretty scary to see myself pissing blood for a day.

I broke my collarbone trying a handplant 360 so bad that the bones werent even touching anymore...I got a plate and 6 screws holding it together...It was the lance armstrong surgery before lance armstrong had the surgery...The doctor said it was the worst collarbone fracture he'd ever seen

Worst ever was when i broke my ankle whil clearing a flight of stairs, it got a hairfracture and was swollen as big as my thigh,

gnarliest was a broken wrist with a piece of bone sticking out, strangely enough it didnt hurt that much and it was a very clean fracture so i recovered in less than 3months :D

whilst my ankle didnt even need a cast, it still hurts to walk/ski :(

In february at a comp i landed a 5 then as i was about to revert i caught an edge and went down fast got knocked out for 30minutes and had a seizure. severe concussion and a sweet ass helicopter ride. I thin kthe mountain i ddi it at hates me becuase 3 weeks after that i was there again and got another concussion. minor the second time though.

nothing major just concussions in soccer that lead to loss of memory for a full day
stretched a few ligament in right ankle now i wear a brace.....so nothing that bad
