looks like some of the after effects reel's i've seen on youtube. i'm not all that good at it, but if you youtube search "after effects" you'll find some cool videos and tutorials.

most likely after effects or motion. you can get after effects for free btw, you just gotta search around NS for the thread that tells you (or google probably has something on it)
