if you broke it, you would know. a homie of mine busted his up and said is was the most intense pain hes ever felt. but that was full blown shattering. you might have a hairline fracture.
If you mean the heel of your foot, then yes. Mines left ones pretty messed up, everytime I land something wrong skating it feels like it splits in half again
heels are so painful you would certainly know if you broke it, you probably just messed something up, lots of ligaments wrap around it so it's sensitive, i had heel problems in lax and soccer
yes, if it hurts on the sides it's most likely severs syndrome, an inflammation in the growth plate in your heel. ice it and rest a little bit, it takes time to go away, i had it for about a year and got rid of it recently, orthotics help too. i don't know where it hurts but if it hurts on the sides of your heel bone then it is most likely that
Yeah but its harder normally you just make the growth plate inflamed or u screw the tendons up. In that case ice it a few times a day and wrap it, also take it easy. Normally the way to tell a break is that you can directly point to the pain like it only hurts in a little spot not all over or in a certain area, kinda hard to do on the heal i guess.
well have i got the answer for you! i broke BOTH my heels last season overshooting a jump while spinning(the doc said if i didnt spin i wouldnt be screwed), and now my heels are always sore. go see a doctor asap, and make sure your not screwed like me
A 2 inch split down the center of my right heel took me out for two powder filled months two years ago. I still feel a tingling sensation in the heel some mornings as I step out of bed. The 40 minute drive back down the mountain was very painful, as my girlfriend can't drive stick shift. Thankfully it was the gas pedal foot and not the clutch.
