Replying to Transporting a rail??+karma

Ok, so back home in NY i have a 15 foot long rail 2 foot high legit park rail. Currently im at lyndon state college in vt. I want to get my rail up here on campus. I need your help in figuring out how to get my burly ass rail the 6 hours from Ny to Vt. I was wondering if I could ship it ups only thing is it weighs like 200 pounds so shipping woulb be super expensive, i was also wondering about U-haul how much do those truck rentals cost? Any useful help or input = KARMA thanks.
