Top handle?

I'm looking for a thing that i saw at Mt. Hood this summer. i was coming out of high cascades park and i saw a kid with liek a top handle for his camcorder. it was like a handle he held instead of the strap on teh camera
Do you know what this is call becasue it look pretty beast

These usually come with alot of higher end cameras I think, I'm pretty sure it wasn't an attachment.

I've seen a few makeshift handles people have made. There was a thread a few months ago about this i think. search around for it, and you may find what you're looking for.

Anyways, yeah man, most higher end cameras have handles, most with all sorts of buttons and the usual controls you'd find all over the rest of the camera.

If its a lower end camera, then some people can make them.  Just searchbar "handle" or "camera handle" and you should find something.

I remember there was a great thread on this on skateperception.com, so maybe look for it there?

I have one and its pretty sick.  Good luck duder.

ahh naivety. I liked when i didn't know anything about camcorders or cameras, cuz now no matter what I own, i'll know what i'm missing by not having something else haha.

Oh my god, same.  I remember when I'd watch a sick vid and ask what camera, and they'd say something, and I'd google images it and see that it had a handle and be like "SICK!"  The good ol' days...fuck me.
