Ipod Touch Internet

alright so when i go on safari on my touch it says can not connect to the internet then internet network choices come up like 1 or 2 that arent locked i choose the network work and it says can not connect to (name of network here)

so is there a setting i need to fix or what

the connection might be too weak to actually connect. this happens a lot if your on the road. there will be tons of networks but all to weak/to far away to connect. hopefully this is not happening at your house if you have your own wireless network

yeah my friends did that and he never figured it out. try to restore it to whatever version your at. and if your not at 2.1 i HIGHLY suggest you upgrade to get genius and then jailbreak it and what not. Winpwn has the ability to change the bootup screen now, its so nice, now instead of looking at an apple for 30 seconds i get to see the Coheed and Cambria band symbol (the keywork).


so yeah...try to restore it brohahn

ya its not at my house just around town and i really dont to restore my ipod or jailbreak it

dude you should deff. jailbreak it. if you have less than 1.1.4 just use ziphone.net. takes like ten minutes.


but try going into your internet settings and making sure its not like set soley to your home network, try searching and connecting and just mess around with it...
