US open is like fun, and it can be a great platform to potentially spring up something solid for skiing (but you have to be damn good), but you dont get to ski much... at all. I'm not sure what happened this past season, but in '07, the only good park was the course, and as a consequence, if it wasnt practice or your heat, you were either shredding wide groomers, hitting small rails, or dropping some mad cash to go to keystone or breck or something.
