YO NS: Who needs a ride out west this season?

Yup, i live it CT and im tryn to move to Oregon this season, so i figured i should post a thread to see if anyone needed a ride anywhere out west,... considering im driving from one coast to another i have a feeling we can work out a way you can get to your destination and i can save some gas money on the ride while helping out a fellow skier.
you dont have to be going exactly where i am, say i pick you up in Penn. or Ohio and bring you to Colorado or Idaho idk whatever,.... as long as its not way to far out of the way, and you wanna split the cost of the ride from where i pick you up to where i drop you off.
currently i own a 2001 jeep Cherokee sport, it gets pretty shitty mileage so im really tryn to get my hands on a new ride, if possible i want to buy a 2003 Subaru legacy outback, but regardless what i get i have a thule ski box that holds 5 or 6 pairs of skis so they say, im bringing 4 pair myself but room for gear shouldnt be a problem, cause im not bringing to much other stuff. i also recently got a new 120gb ipod and im currently downloading everything on earth, so im confident ill have something youll like.
i plan on leaving late October/ early November maybe even as late as mid November, but no later. it would be nice to find someone cause then my buddy wouldnt have to take the ride w/ me then fly home. either PM me or post in this thread if your interested , ideally id only like one other person to go but if we can work it out i can prolly take two, it will really depend on where i gotta go. ill choose who based on where they are going,.... well if anyone even replys that is
so there you go NS, dont pass on a good opportunity to get your ass out somewhere different for a change( btw 420 friendly )
Matt

Dude, that sounds like a great offer. I'm looking to go from VT to Lake Tahoe around the same time period. I was just going to fly, and that would probably be cheaper than splitting gas costs on a jeep, but it'd be dope to drive out there and see the country. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to take you up on the offer, but I'll keep this in my threads and check it again when the time gets closer.

im from hartford and i just packed up one day two years ago and just bounced to bend. i did it by myself, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. i loved seeing the country, being on my own, etc etc. soooo dope. i had to come home to get my lazy ass in school haha..
it was a fun experience just shredding the last two years away

Props for putting up this thread.
Driving across the country isn't cheap. This could really help someone out.
Best of luck finding somebody to help bring down the cost.

Dude don't be too stoked about seeing the country, if you haven't taken the drive through the midwest your really not missing out, its alot easier of a drive if you do it with a buddy for sure though, but when you drive for hours and hours and hours on end without ever seeing a mountain you'll go a lil crazy. Its such a great feeling when you finally see the rockies sticking up out of the horizon
