so im trying to take my outriggers off my crowbars to send to a fellow ns'er. i cant seem to figure out how to take them off of the strap, the strap and outriggers are already off of the frame, please help
it's recommended to take the lens out, then pull the bottom part of the outrigger until it pops out and just wiggle and work the top part out, basically you just pull, if you manage to break something you are very special, it's almost impossible, just take out the bottom then the top
thanks for the help but thats not what i was looking for, the outriggers and strap are already off of the frame, the lens is out and what not, i just cant get them off of the strap
push a flat screwdriver head where they connect (but on the outer side of the riggers) there a little click, then they push down then you turn them and pull, kind of hard to explain, but its easy to fiigure out
oh my bad okay on the inside of the strap where it connects to the riggers there is a little tab. take your thumbnail and place it flat on the tab and push until it clicks out OR take a knife blade and stick it in the crack where you see the outline of the strap end in the outrigger and pry it out, not recommended but a last resort once the end of the strap clicks out pull it out about an inch and then turn it so it's perpendicular to the riggers and then there will be a slit in the rigger that's wide enough to slide the strap through, pull it through and you're done
