my friend had some last year, and they were nice quality if you like jumps... but REALLY STIFF! kinda like the old liberty skkis. they have insane camber/ pop but really not my style since i like butters

we had a rail jam at our mountain and some canadian ballers came down and one guy was on the NAS park series he said they were pretty stiff, but i dont know how magna traction(wavy edges for those of you dont know what it is) would perform or if it even helps at all

They really are not as stiff as everyone makes them out to be. How many people who claim they are stiff have actually ridden them for more than a few runs?
Mine (07-08 Freerides) are softer than my 05-06 Scratch BC's.
They are definitely a lot more lively than the Scratch's as well. Way more fun to ski anywhere.
AS far as the Magne-traction is concerned, I have to admit it threw me off the first few runs. My edges are rarely sharp so sliding around on ice with old skis was a familiar feeling. Magne-traction changed that for sure. It's not the cure-all, end-all wonder technology to change the industry forever but it definitely does work.

i actually tried flexing some and it just didn't work...
i'd go for something a little more playful if i were you... it would be impossible to butter on them.
