Replying to Spezshul weather statement for Friday-Saturday
LATEST FORECAST CHARTS INDICATE THAT 1/2 TO 1 INCH OF PRECIPITATION OR MORE WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY WITH 1 TO 3 INCHES ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE INTERIOR OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FROM MIDDAY FRIDAY INTO MIDDAY SATURDAY. LOCALLY HEAVIER AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE FOOTHILLS AND WEST SLOPES OF THE NORTHERN SIERRA NEVADA. ELEVATIONS ABOVE 7000 FEET OVER THE SIERRA NEVADA AND SOUTHERN CASCADES COULD SEE AS MUCH AS 6 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOWFALL FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. IN ADDITION... GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE OVER HIGHER RIDGES AS THE SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
This may be the beginning, my spine is all tingly. Sweet.
