Money Problems

Okay so my friend is pretty fucked, he owes his school 3100 for his computer, and needs to pay rent ~ 300 a month, and the minimum payment on the computer is 770 due by October 27th

in his bank account he has about 1200, what would you do?

and the computer he has to keep cause he needs to edit for school.

Anyone ever get in this much of a jam?

parents help him out with school money...? umm part time job, grants from the government..Canadian gov't  just passed a $150 grant for all students in uni for comps and txtbooks not sure if you have something like that....like all the ns mature kids would have said sell drugs but i tried to give you resonable respose

yeah selling drugs wont help, here's what the deal is.


He has everything set for books and stuff, just the computer is really screwing his financial situation

i would take that 1200.00 and pay 770.00 of it toward the computer payment. Then with the other 570.00, hopefully he'll receive a paycheck by the time rent is due. If he doesn't then spend 300 of that on rent, and live poor off that other 270.00 until a paycheck pads his bank account again.

If your question is referring to someone who doesn't have a job, and wont be receiving a paycheck, then tell your friend to get a job.
