it seems the abundance of snow has befalled on Wolf Creek Ski Area. Last thursday, they didn't have one flake on the mountain, and now they are opening on Friday, Nov. 7th. Why? well unlike most ski resorts, Wolf Creek lacks a snow making system, so mother nature is relied upon. Well she blessed Wolf good this week....48' of snow falling in less than 48 hours. with ANOTHER 12-18 inches expected today!!! there's your pre season powder.
