I'm new to filming but im looking for a decently priced camera that packs some quality. Im looking for something thats easy to use but that can produce some good park and backcountry shots. Price range is anything below $600. any info helps out and good karma = good powder days.

If you don't want to deal with HD, you can do a used GS500, but those don't stand up to the HV20 in terms of picture quality...
