so im doing an essay and want to add length.. and i know you can select symbols and increase their size.. but how do i do that on vista (i just got my vista laptop working again)

how far off are you from making the length?
Make sure you meet the guildlines.
If it is a 10 - 12 page paper and you only have 9. Then it is a 9 page paper.
If youre in highschool, maybe it isn't that big of a deal, but in my college courses, they came down on you pretty hard for adjusting margins/fonts and that sort of thing.
If they thought you made adjustments they would request a digital copy.
Its seriously a better Idea to just write the paper. If length is going to hurt you and your trying to cheat the system, then you only deserve your B.

i find that the teacher can not tell a difference between 12 and 12.5. it may not seem like much but it does make a difference. also a big header works well like out your name then hit enter, then date, then course name, teacher name. that takes up some space hope that can help.
