How do you put an icon next to your name when you comment on threads?

1.  Find a pic on google or wherever
2.  Save Picture As to your comp
3.  Go to the above web address
4.  Click Browse, select your pic
5.  Choose 50 x 50
6.  Do it up
7.  You'll get a zip file downloaded.  Take the pic from that zip file (it should be under the size limit) and put it on ns
