Alright, well, unfortunately for you, there's not too much you'll get at that price. Until you start getting up into the $400-500 range, nothing is really that different from anything else. They're all the same, low end, 1 chip cameras, and your only real choice is recording media - tape (obviously), harddrive, or dvd. They're really all the same. I'd still recommend sticking to the majory camera brands - Sony, Canon, and Panasonic - because the others, like Sanyo, JVC, and whatever else you may see at BestBuy, is relatively shitty overall.
My only real recommendation is to save up a couple more bucks and get the Panny GS320. You might even be able to find one used for less -
