Replying to Park Certification?

Regarding my post, 'Free Park Lesson #1' what does everyone think about a park certification program where anyone who wants to ride the park must write a test first? This would make the park much safer and more enjoyable in my opinion... What do you think?

The reason I ask is because I've just written a book about terrain parks, safety, and park etiquette. I think it will be very useful in the insurance issues about terrain parks in the next while, and I also think it's a great thing for every park rider to read! Your thoughts on this are appreciated...
