Replying to FORCED "Roll-Over" Advertisements

Come on, is it really necessary to have the "Ford Flex" Advertisement actually jump put at me and not allow me to use any of the site features unless I manually go up to the advertisement and cancel it out?

I dont care about there being tons of advertisements all over NS, all the power to you, the more bigger companies who are advertising the more money NS makes.  I am ALL for that.  But seriously, chill out with the forced Ad's, I don't like having a virtual salesman in my face.
