Does mounting affect flex???

so i had some 2008 ar6s that ended up breaking last season, and now they sent me a fresh pair.
i mounted my old ones dead center and found the pop sucked. so i was wondering if that had anything to do with pop, and if anyone knows where i should be mouting them... maybe the old ones were just a bad batch tho cuz they broke and had no pop...

core or true center? mine are mounted true and have loads of pop

i find it REALLY hard to believe that center mounted AR6s were not poppy. sepecialy because that exactly what i have and i could ollie into the fuckin stratosphere. maybe you need to put on some lbs to get some pop, because you shouldnt have any trouble poppling on AR6s. ar any armadas for that matter

Do you have track/demo bindings on them? Because 1) they suck, and 2) they keep the ski from flexing. Are you small (no offense)? Maybe you can't power the ski...

nah man im 175 lbs. True center, and im strating to think they were just a bad batch cause i ripped the topsheat off under the binding at the end of the season so maybe the ski itself wasnt made poppy...
