In most cases I really like to hate on these types of threads and say "Look - you don't buy boots online! You try them on!"
I'm not going to burn you, because that's a pretty decent deal, but I would recommend going to a shop and seeing if you can try on some boots. I know you want those other boots, but if you try others on in a shop, you'll get an idea for bootfitting, and more specifically, how Salomon boots flex/fit. Just make sure you don't tell the techs that you just want to try them on...they'll be less interested. Act like you want to buy something, but in reality you're only doing research.
Boots are the most important part of your setup and shouldn't be rushed with. They can make or break your ski day. Make sure you do your research, because if you don't and fuck up your buy, shin bang will haunt you all season. My friend learned the hard way. Don't rush your buys!
Check out lyndon's stickied thread at the top of this forum too. That'll give you some insight into boot fitting...
