No offense to the post above, and maybe I'm just traditional, but people are jumping way too hard on the rockered ski bandwagon. Maybe it's because I don't know much about them, but as I see it, not many people look for that in a ski, and if it were me I'd be very hesitant to buy a rockered ski without testing it/playing with it in a shop first...just my thoughts.
Moving on, most people have at least 2 pairs of skis if they're going to be doing urban, because concrete really fucks them up. Try and find a sub $100 pair of park skis...edges don't really matter, neither does topsheet. I would NEVER use my real skis for urban, because its quite sketchy...but that's just me.
And at last, the ski reccommendations!
It seems like you do mostly park, but a little bit all mountain, so you'd want a all mountain park ski. There are many, but does it have to be this years? You can find last years skis for much cheaper, and a lot of the time they're just the same as the new model with older graphics...? I'll reccommend skis that I think you should look in to, regardless of year...
Since you want cheap, they'res always Anthems. 93mm waist, soft flex, meant for park but can handle pow too. They have some sort of extra reinforced edge that's wider and fatter than a usual edge, to hold up on rails and such.
Salomon Thrusters/Foils could be solid choices too, although Salomon runs a little bit expensive. If you can find last years in your size, that would be ideal. You also said you liked Dumonts, so if you can find another pair of those for a reasonable price, you could hop on that, too.
Rossi Ghettos, which would be last year, or whatever park ski they made this year, would be an option, but they run a little on the expensive side. They're stiffer too, and one might describe them as "damp"...
Line Chronics, if you wanted a stiffer park ski to handle all mountain.
You said you didn't like the AR6s, or at least not as much as the Dumonts...why? Were they too soft, too stiff, bad sidecut? They're usually a solid all mountain twin, so I would normally recommend that but if you don't like them, then no biggie.
So this post doesn't get long, I'm going to just start listing. I'm sorry, but I haven't really payed much attention to price. I'm just giving names and details...
-Salomon Suspects
-Armada T-hall
-JO Pros (maybe too skinny/soft?)
-Last year's Amplid Antidogmas?
-Fischer Addict? I'm not sure what they're calling them now, but they're usually relatively cheap, so you'll be able to find last years for a steal.
Hopefully this helps. Good luck man, I'm sure you'll make the right choice! :)
