i just went to the ER i Broke My left foot, the bone on the far left. unfortunatly this is the 6th consecutive year that i have broken a bone that recuired a cast, three of which were on the foot i just broke. im just asking for some good vibes and a speedy recovery. thanks Newschoolers.

arnica montana that is homeiopathic right (spelling sorry) and yeah i broke the ankle twice right in the growth plate and i just broke the foot itself today.

yeah, homeopathic remedy. any time i have an injury, i start taking arnica and it all heals incredibly quickly. it works for pretty much anything.

after the last break or after the injury occured, if its after the injury occured about 10 mins i had to get home some way so i kinda just hobbeld home.

damn, i just got off a broken wrist and hand...... this year has been pretty fucked up when it comes to injuries.... hopefully ull be able to ski later in the season..... this world needs some more good vibes,

i don't think arnica would work very well for broken bones. it's more for bruising. it coudln't hurt to take it though. the stuff does work wonders.
