Impact vt2500 tripod

anyone use this? im in the market for a new tripod, and based off the features and reviews on B&H it seems like this a good tripod thats more affordable as opposed to dishing out for a bogen...wondering if anyone has used/owns this and could comment on it such as ease of use, fluidity of head motion, stability (dont think that's an issue), ect.

this one's only 150, i mean, i'd rather save $50.

I have a Davis And Stanford Tripod its a good Tripod but it weights about 4000 lbs also when it gets verry cold out the fluid head gets verry stiff no matter how much u losten it.

this is good to know, as ill be doing some night shooting, which in colorado generally falls into the very cold category during the winter.
