your rolling up to a kicker or rail?

depends on what im doing. if its somthing i have on lock im usualy not that worked up about but on occasonal ill catch myself with that "oh shit..." feeling

definitly just going in there knowing im gonna slay (or at least try) whatever im rolling up to. i try to stay as confident and and excited as possible. i like the butterfly feeling i get right when i drop for something big, especially if my music is blasting, cuz when im in the air, i feel like im in slowmo, its so dope. GOD I WANNA SKI!!!

For a rail on skis I usually just think about how to get one, if I lock on right from the start I know the rest will follow. On my board I usually visualize the whole thing though (I'm not as good yet). And I don't hit jumps anymore.

for me its that im afraid of busting my ass, I screwed up on this rail once for god knows what reason, I mean I had it fine then all of a sudden my feet went out from under me and i hit my ass so hard i couldnt sit right for 2 weeks

if it's a rail, i really don't worry at all. not sure why but rails don't worry me much at all. a jump i'm just hitting first time, i'm like holy fuck...just generally scared trying to keep my cool. if i got it on lock though i'm just generally stoked and ready to throw down whatever i can.
