Red Bull sponsors pretty much every extreme sport out there. So when you see something that's very extreme like skiing bmx other crazy stuff (this can apply to other things too like tricks or people) it is so Red Bull. Tanner Hall is so Red Bull. If some nut ran off a 4 story building and did a flip you might say "That was so Red Bull." Or at least that was my intrepretation of it.
