Replying to Weight loss
I broke my ankle in 3 places and couldnt walk for 4 months had to sit on a couch i got high all the time and ate a bunch of bad food. not saying i was in great shape before but i want to lose like 10-15lbs. i just started working out again like 2 weeks ago because everything feels healthy. i usually ride a stationary bike inside where its kinda warm for like 30 minutes and then left weights for a little bit. i have also been trying to eat healthier lots of stuff low in calories and higher in protein.
any suggestions to losing wait or maybe a good workout/food routine?
