you might try a sauna as well, even though people say its bullshit, its not it works. If you sit in a sauna for up to a half an hour you can burn 400-800 calories. Yes yo do loose a lot of water wieght, but because your hear rate rises, your burning calories.
Lots and lots of walking will do the trick too, if you can mange to do 2+hours a day you will loose a shit ton of weight.
Consume LESS calories. One pound equals 3500 calories. Find your BMR and figure it out from there.
stop the calorie intake im just eating twice a day real small stuff and find an exercise works for you.
dont be afaid to try stuff/ mix it up. i used to run and i hated it. hardest thing everyday was getting my ass out and running. started mountain biking like crazy, not only love but with diet i can see myself losing weight. find something you like to do and go for it. makes it so much easier to do.
