Oakley sizing, true to what they say?

I just got a pair of oakley fort cord pants and under the description it says they are loose urban fit. Will they actully be big or are they just saying that.

They probably will be, some of the Oakley stuff fits huge, some not so much.

Would a L oakley jacket be the same as a oakley hoody in L?

It would be nice if someone could tell me what size I should:)

I'm 5'8 and 12. want it to be baggy, but not down to the knees
