me too and i eventually gave up...went to wal mart and found the best fitting and most comfortable beanie i've ever seen and it was only 1.97 so i bought 2, uni-threads lost 40$...

there were some manufacturing issues but luckily its all taken care of and ready to get straight to you guys.
