If you are rejoicing because Tom Brady got hurt, than you are probably the sorriest sack of shit bitch football fan there is out there. I am a Patriots fan, do I hate Peyton Manning? YES! Do I wish he would get hurt and have a season ending injury? NO!  What good/fun would it be to play the Colts and watch Manning on the sideline as we win? That's not fucking rewarding!!! I want to watch him walk off the field with his head in his ass knowing we whipped up on him and at the end of the day we were the better team. OHHH let's fuckin celebrate, make t-shirts and have a fucking parade because we all know now that Brady (MVP) is out, we actually have a chance of winning now, cool dude. THAT'S FUCKING PATHETIC.

first of all, whoever said the pats are complaining about the hit doesnt know what theyre talking about. they didnt complain at all. the nfl looked into it outa their consideration and determined it was legal. all that was said is that they're trained to hit above the knees below the shoulders, but mistakes do happen.

no he didnt? one record he did break that brady isnt even close to, and prolly wont break favre's is all time interceptions...


and you're right, brady does do well because he has good protection, but the main reason is because he understand the defense and knows how his line and receivers will respond, so he acts accordingly. having randy moss isnt the reason hes a good player, he did just as well years before, infact better because he hasnt won a superbowl with moss. picking up moss has nothing to do with brady's ability, thats a reflection of great coaching.

farve..... just 'bout any qb that has been in the league as long as farve will have a shiz load of interceptions..... brady will prolly never get the most consecuative starts like farve either...

i used to think of manning with wat was said above in the quote.... but after his sucky ass game against the bears im not to sure....

Everything before Moss came was good, definitely above average, but not even close to being an all time great.  Personally I believe that Randy Moss is one of the all time greats.  He has the effect of making good quarterbacks great (see Daunte Culpepper  2004  39 td 11 int).  Im not saying that Daunte Culpepper is as good as Brady but I do think that Moss makes Brady seem greater than he is.  I know, I know Brady won superbowls but I do think that alot had to do with the coaching.

farve holds the records for most yards, most attempts, most completions,  most touchdowns,  and most carrer wins for a starting qb. so what if he holds a record for interceptions, i guarantee brady wont even get close to any of those records. probably not even top 5 for any of those. not to mention farve has three mvps. and brady did do better with moss than anyone else,  they broke to records togeth( most tds for a qb in a season and most tds for a wide reciever in a season). just because they didnt win a super bowl doesnt mean they werent the best together.

and yeah i know he wont get as many starts, but that doesnt mean he wont get as many interceptions. the td-int ratio for brady is much better than favre too. but only time will tell if hes consistant with that

brady has 3 superbowl mvps...

favre has all those records but if brady continues at the rate he's played his whole career then hes on his way to possibly break all of them. how can you possibly guarantee that he wont get close or even top 5. thats just being ignorant. im not putting down favre, hes a very good player, but brady is doing much better earlier in his career and has no signs of slowing down unless he becomes injury prone. to say that he is or will be is very hard to say too because he's third for most consecutive starts.

and yes brady had an unbelievable year last year, but that wasnt only because of moss. yes he threw a ton of td's to him, but the 6.1 years before that he had over a 2 td-int ratio, something that favre struggles with. also before moss brady has a slightly better comp pct, less fumbles per season, less interceptions, more td's per season, about the same yards a season, around the same completions per season, and a better QB rating. all without moss. so to say that moss is the reason brady has "become" a good qb is stupid, because hes was clearly a good qb before hand.

and another person that doesnt even know how to spell favre...i understand typos, but when ur trying to back a guy up and completely flatter another, you might wanna spell a guys name right.

favre is nowhere near the best player of all time. he has 1 superbowl win. he has the record for most interceptions. but wait! favre is an iron man! well good, hes lucky hes never gotten injured.

career stats:

brady: 63% completion percentage, 234 ypg, 7.2 avg, 197 td, 86 int, 5.4% td (means that 5.4 percent of his passes are tds), 92.9 quarterback rating.

favre: 61.4%, 239 ypg, 7.0 avg, 444td, 288 int, 5.1 td%, 85.8 qb rating.

so wait, whos better?

randy moss and his o line hm? howbout 3 rings without randy moss, and even though the same o line, it was worse back then.

javon walker and donald driver and greg jennings are all way above average. look at the WRs brady had before 2007. deion branch was the best he ever had, and he never even had a 1000 yd year, or a 100 rec year. the most td he ever had was 5 in a year. you call that better than average?

you have it wrong IMO. i think that brady had the talent all along, but now with a great receiver people can actually see how talented he is. when last year did he make a bad throw or miss moss deep? hes the most accurate qb in the nfl, not to mention his uncanny awareness

dude just stop. ur making a fool of urself, first of what i just posted, and now this. he did make bad passes last year. he missed moss deep. he misses wr's a bunch, and he has slightly under the completion percentage of favre.



although i do agree with what u had to say about the wr's he used to have before moss during all the superbowl wins and comparing them to who favre's had. not only them, but the guys he had back in the 90's.

look at a couple posts above you. i clearly showed stats straight from nfl.com. brady has had better numbers that arent accumulative. the only reason why favre has the records is that hes 50435345 years old

ok im not being ignorant, favre has started evrygame in his carrer for over 17 seasons and counting, brady didnt start till later in his carrer unlike how favre started his 2nd year. not to mention bradys gonna miss a whole season, and people like u are the reason i hate the patriots , u guys are  cocky liile bitches

thats also why he has the touchdowns. look at the stats. brady is like 2.4 touchdowns to 1 interception. favre is like 1.4 to one. brady has a better avg, comp pct, and most importantly, qb rating.

ok brady has been playing 9 years counting this year which he will get no yards in, his carrer total passing yards is 26,446, brett favre has been playing 17 years and counting and has 61,849 yards. so at this rate of which brady is playing in 18 years he will only have 52892 yards. Brady has 197 carrer touchdowns and favre has 444. over double bradys number. how can u even argue that brady is better than farve, even though he has won more super bowls he isnt a better qb. brett favre plays more consistant and has way way better stats. Dont even try getting on here and saying brady is better. get your facts strait and admit you know nothing about football.

Yeah but the thing is if  Brady did play as long as Favre his numbers would probablyl go down too.  I'm too lazy to figure it out but I assume that when Favre was at the same point as Brady in his career the TD/int ratio is comparable.  Plus, sadly it doesn't seem like Brady's career is going to last as long as Favre's has because the ACL injury will linger and probably force early retirement.

i agree with you about wins and loses, the thing about farve is holds the record for most carrer wins as a starter which is 160. so favre does win for your team.   also never said brady wasnt good because he is  good but he is deffinatley not the best, and next time dont just post without getting som real facts

Look at W's and L's. Who cares what team they play for, and the quality of the team. QB's have the most impact on the game, so therefore should be judged by W's and L's. This is not a Patriots fan speaking, but Tom is at the top, he's a good QB no doubt.

you're right, brady isnt going to play this year. and he didnt start his rookie year, giving him 2 seasons of basically no stats to add to his career. favre has started all 17, going on 18 seasons, and brady is still on his way to doing much better

are you retarded? you cant compare any injuries from last week to tom brady's. brady is one of the best players in the nfl, and the QB is the most important position on any team. and yes i do know that nate burleson (did you know his name?) is out for the season, and yes i do know that marques colston tore a ligament in his finger and is out for 4-6 weeks, and yes i do know that vince young sprained his knee and is out for 2-4 weeks. and yes, i do know that shawne merriman will need surgery and is out for the rest of the season. but look, there is no arguing that tom brady is the most important one out of any of these. its like saying if a car crashes and kills 10 people and a thread isnt made about it, whatever. but if a car crashes and kills princess diana, obviously threads are gonna pop up everywhere. same goes for the news. its why tom brady is on espn way more that nate burleson

I think it sucks that Tom Brady got hurt. Mainly because if any team beats the Pats now, it'll be "because Tom Brady is hurt", and whatever team wins the superbowl, people will say their win is illegitimate, because they wouldn't have won if "Tom brady wasn't hurt"...so I think it's lame

I am not a patriot fan or an Brady fan, but i will admit he is the best qb in the league. The patriots are hands down one of the best teams. I don't like them but i respect them. I am a Dallas fan of my own. I think it's kinda screwed up they make such a big deal he is hurt, he's not the team, yeah he plays a big part but it's not the end of their season. I bet oney he plays, their is no way he's gonna sit out all year, I can't see it. Now that i think about it, theirs a lot of key players hurt this year, kinda weird?

So yeah. It's a little hard to play with a hurt QB, hurt back-up QB, no receivers, and key defensive players injured.
