Instead of smoking cigs.

Ok so a thought sprung into my mind when reading the other cig.  thread,

Instead of smoking something that is addicting and hella bad for you,  why dont you just roll up your own concoction.  Like smoke herbs that taste good.  (not weed but like peppermint and tasty things like that)  That way you can enjoy the tasty smoke, but not get yourself addicted to nic.  I mean sure smoking peppermint is not good for you either, but if you just want to smoke but not get addicted, than why not?  same with hookah.  Why not make shish that has some other kind of leaf in it.

because people smoke cigs for the head high or shit then eventually they get addicted.  i dont smoke cigs and never will.  but when i was ripping my friends bong and hookah i got the most fucked up ive ever been off of smoking bud and tobacco,  it was pretty sick.  but i do agree idk why people would smoke cigs

this may sound wierd and you may laugh but try oregano, it apparently has the effect of weed but not as strong,
true stroy my neighbour used to dry her own oregano and she apparentley got high of it one day

why not lace beef jerky with nicotine. that way you get the head high and you get to do something your mouth, but its delicious, and doesn't kill your lungs

Yeah, how the fuck would oregano get you high?  Just wondering, does she smoke weed? Because she probably smelled the oregano and just convinced herself that she was high (that's assuming that she's never smoked before.)  Placebo for sure.

lol, I know that my bro has a hookah.  The shits still bad for you, I looked it up.  If you were to take one drag from a cig, or one hookah hit, the cig would hands down be worse for you.  Its the fact that hookah people "usually"  hold it longer, and do it for a long time, a hookah sesh is usually roughly an hour.  In that time you get way more carcenogens in your lungs and more nicotin then from a casual cig smoker.

good call, no one on here is going to convince someone else to smoke or not to smoke. but seriously, to anyone hatin, just try smoking and see where you end up, its not bad to smoke a few butts occasionally. its pretty hard to get actually addicted too, i dont see why anyone could be addicted.

I have a hookah and its great, doesnt seem addiciting at all since it's jus the tobacco and molasses, but it is pretty bad for you. i read a pamphlet about differrent kinds of smoking and appparantly i hookah bowl is equivalent to a pack of cigs as far as fucking up your lungs go.

mmm no. wrong. your wrong really wrong, super duper wrong.

Hookahs got like a 16th of the chemicals and even less nicotine than a cig. Plus its water filtered which gets rid of most of what i does have that you dont want.

But about the thread, dont smoke. Chew, the buzz is like a million times better, plus if you can handle the nicotine then its not as bad for you

Chew fucks you up even more....they put fiberglass in that shit so it will cut your lip so the nicotine gets in you bloodstream even more.  Don't think that chew is any better than cigs, both are terrible as shit for you.

i think that article is pretty bogus dude. doesnt convince me at all. Not a lot of hard evidence in there, i mean really i own a hookah and i smoke like once a week on average, and yea its prolly like an hour long. Of course an hour long session of suckin bubbly is worse than a cigerette. But how many smokers do you know who smoke one cig a week.
