youtube videos are 320x240 pixels, 15fps, and under 100MB.
-For ideal youtube videos, (assuming you're video is 4:3 aspect ratio) export at 320x240 so that it doesn't compress the video when uploading.
-Shooting 60i or 30p (being multiples of 15) will prevent chopiness or weird frame blending.
-Finally, you have to experiment with the export quality. Usually you are given options when exporting to select poor average good or best quality, or something of the sort. Play with these or the Kbps until you get a file that is as close to 100mb as possible without going over.
There are other effective ways as well, this is just what have done.
