Here is the Jiberish sizing chart:

Small - 30"
Medium - 31"
Large - 32"
XL - 33"
XXL - 34"

The zippers run up to your chin since the hoodies were designed to cover your neck when zipped up all the way. To ensure you order your desired size, take measuring tape and hold it from your chin and let it hang down based on those measurements.
