i know most of us read that ignorant article by kristen ulmer in ski press : 'Jibbers, love em, or hate em' well i emailed the editors on this article, and they sent it to her, and this is what she has to say.

I grew up at Pats peak, that's why I'm writing back. Small small world.

Sad to see it pissed you off. You referenced many times jibbers cutting
people off- but I never mentioned that kind of thing in my article. The
article was a train of thought that I wrote in half an hour, and was
meant to be funny, so please tell me you laughed at least once.

i might be at Pats peak this winter, for the first time since I
graduated from henniker high! it'd be nice to meet you on friendly
terms.

'Regarding a skateboarder's likely response to our visit: insofar as skateboarders have complained, whined, and reacted like Nazis about the rollerblading movement, they have dug their own grave by willingly falling victim to the desires of corporate business men, and becoming the virtual New Kids on the Block of the 21st century.
