Replying to BBQ'd fish
so after reading the how to cook a steak thread sometime last week or so, and then another steak thread that just popped up, ive decided to make another food thread about something new my family tried tonight. bbq'd fish.
the fish used was haddock. its basically what my mom usually buys and i generally enjoy it. i live in albany ny, so i dunno it might be less/more expensive/accessible in other places, but prolly any fish would work. usually we just fry it, but tonight we just threw some salt n pepper n seasonings on it, threw it in the BBQ on a cedar cooking board and let it go on a nice slow cook setting. it tasted delicious. so much different than frying. so, next time you get some fish, try BBQ'ing it.
maybe most people do this and i am only just getting the memo, but who else likes BBQ'd fish much better than fried?
