Ok well I know for a fact that NS is smarter than my schools IT department because they barely knew what a mac was. My school has office 07 for download and I need it so I downloaded it, but I cant get it to open. Ive installed it and everything but when I try to open word it just keeps sending me to the auto updater. I have all the updates installed so Im not sure why its sending me to this, this also happened when my bro tried to put office on my laptop a few months back. I think that something got messed up the first time and its affecting the current download. Also another thing that doesnt seem right to me is when I downloaded it it didnt come in as an application I dont believe. I think it came in as a device, because when I click on my harddrive it shows Mac HD and Microsoft Office, and that doesnt seem right to me but it may be. How can I get it to work? The IT just looked at me and said they dont know macs.. and that I should re-install.
