Replying to Quick question about mtn. hood

is hood gonna be closed after labor day? I'm heading there this Tuesday and I thought for the fall they were open friday, saturday and sunday... I haven't skied for about 8 months  and barely got to ski last season, so I'm stoked to even just slide down a hill on skis.

if they're closed is there anyway I could hike up somewhere or something... I need to ski, I just don't wanna take my skis on a plane and all that shit then realize I wont be able to ski anything at all.
