Where should i mount my thalls?

so im gettin this year's thalls wit the rossignol scratch 140ti bindings and i mostly ski park and pipe and i like to go out of the park for a little part of the day depending where im skiin and if there's pow im takin that over anything...so where should i mount?????

stupid question but will it affect landing switch at all like is it easier or harder than true center or does it really not matter?

2cm is very little. you wont really notice the difference. after 1 day they will feel normal

yeah i mean the ideal for going sw would be dead center, but 2 cm wont make a diff. i think u should just mount em center cause of that reason. especially if ur doin mostly park. ur not gonna notice a 2 cm diff if ur just riding occasional fresh and a groomer every now n then

Think about it this way,

when you ski switch, you are leaning forwards, on the fronts of your skis.  When you are skiing forwards traditionally, you are leaning forward, as to 'use your entire ski'.  This is when they are mounted traditionally.  so, theoretically, you should mount a little bit back, even when skiing switch.  You are using more ski if you have more tip, going either direction. 

I would mount my park skis about -2 unless they have totally symmetrical sidecut.  I like having a lot of tail though.  I feel lopsided without it. 

-2 is my suggestion.

NEW QUESTION..................WUT IF I GET THE PC'S? IM DOIN THE SAME SKIIN AS I MENTIONED SO WHERE WOULD I MOUNT THESE? -2 FROM TRU?

I got the T Halls last year and I love the ski, I mounted at the 0 point or center on the ski and it was to far forward, I like a center mount but I should have gone with the factory recommended which is -2.5 as it is this year, your question on the PC's they suggest factory recommended is -5, and if you are using the pc primarily for pipe I would listen to it. armada does a great job of showing you where they mount the skis and giving a really good factory recommended so answer T Hall -2.5

please dont give people advice when you dont know what ur talking about

skis, ski switch best at there recomended mounting point, whether that be center, 2cm back, 6 cm back or whatever. the side cut is constructed to help you turn, the further you mount away from the center of the sidecut the more awkwardly the ski will perform, switch or regular.

center mount does have its advantages, but if you want your ski to perform best in all conditions, mount the binding at one of the recommended lines that best suits your riding style, or single the recomended line
