So I'm looking for a new ski for this winter (something that ISN'T a park noodle) and have decided that the chopsticks are pretty cool. I love the fact that they're rockered and that they're symmetrical (I want to center mount them), and I've read that they're very stiff (which is dope because I charge the shit out of my skis). The only unsettling part is that I've read some less than flattering reviews around the internet. I thought about going line, but the EP pros are a little too big for my liking, and I don't want the bacons because they aren't rockered. I am also considering the donner parties or even the bibbys (it just might be hard to get my hands on a pair). Does anyone have a LEGIT take on the volkls that they could pass on to me? I'm about 6 foot (maybe a touch shorter than that), weigh 175, and want to ride these kindof all over the place, but especially in the steeps and deeper snow (DUH). Thanks.
